§ 2490-f. Civil service status of employees. The appointment and\npromotion of all employees of the authority shall be made in accordance\nwith the provisions of the civil service law and the rules of the city\nof Saratoga Springs civil service commission, and such employees shall\nbe entitled to membership in the city pension and retirement system, and\nshall be entitled to the same rights and obligations thereunder as the\nemployees of the city.\n
