* § 2054. Purposes and powers of the authority. The purposes of the\nauthority shall be to construct, operate and maintain the project\nconsisting of the Broome county sports center and facilities in\nconnection therewith. To carry out the purposes the authority shall have\npower:\n (a) To sue and be sued;\n (b) To acquire, hold and dispose of personal property for its\ncorporate purposes;\n (c) To have a seal and alter the same at pleasure;\n (d) To make by-laws for the management and regulation of its affairs\nand, subject to agreements with bondholders, for the regulation of the\nproject;\n (e) With the consent of the local legislative body of Broome county to\nuse agents, employees and facilities of the county, including the county\nattorney's office, paying to the county its ag
