  § 2016. Definitions. As used or referred to in this title, unless a\ndifferent meaning clearly appears from the context.\n  1. The term "authority" shall mean the corporation created by section\ntwo thousand seventeen of this title;\n  2. The term "county" shall mean the county of Onondaga;\n  3. The term "treasurer" shall mean the treasurer of the authority;\n  4. The term "comptroller" shall mean the comptroller of the state of\nNew York;\n  5. The term "personnel commissioner" shall mean the personnel\ncommissioner of the county of Onondaga;\n  6. The term "properties" shall mean the receiving/transfer and/or\ntreatment stations including the plants, works, instrumentalities or\npart thereof and appurtenances thereto, lands, easements, rights in\nland, rights-of-way, contract rights,

The term "bonds" shall mean the bonds, notes and obligations,\nissued by the authority, pursuant to this act;\n 8. The term "revenues" shall mean all charges and other income derived\nby the operation of the authority;\n 9. The term "municipality" shall mean any county, city, town, village,\ntown water district, fire district, fire protection district, fire alarm\ndistrict, school district, and any other political subdivision of the\nstate.\n
