§ 2053-Z — Effect of inconsistent provisions

§ 2053-z. Effect of inconsistent provisions. In so far as the\nprovisions of this title are inconsistent with the provisions of any\nother act, general or special, or of the county charter or any local\nlaw, ordinance or resolution of the county or any other municipality,\nthe provisions of this title shall be controlling. Nothing contained in\nthis section shall be held to supplement or otherwise expand the powers\nor duties of the authority otherwise set forth in this title. Nothing\ncontained in this title shall be held to alter or abridge the powers and\nduties of the department of environmental conservation or the department\nof health.\n
