§ 2053-t. Audit and annual report. In conformity with the provisions\nof section five of article ten of the constitution, the accounts of the\nauthority shall be subject to the supervision of the state comptroller\nand an annual audit shall be performed by an independent certified\naccountant. The authority shall annually submit to the governor and\nstate comptroller and to the state legislature a detailed report\npursuant to the provisions of section two thousand eight hundred of this\nchapter, and a copy of such report shall be filed with the county\nexecutive and the chairman of the county legislature. The authority\nshall comply with the provisions of sections two thousand eight hundred\none, two thousand eight hundred two and two thousand eight hundred three\nof this chapter.\n
