§ 2046-p. Disinterested officers. It shall be a misdemeanor for any\ndirector, officer, agent or employee of the agency to be in any way or\nmanner interested, directly or indirectly, in the furnishing of work,\nmaterials, supplies or labor, or in any contract therefor, which the\nagency is empowered by this title to make.\n
