§ 2046-L — Agreements of the state

§ 2046-l. Agreements of the state. The state does pledge to and agree\nwith the holders of the bonds or notes that the state will not limit or\nalter the rights hereby vested in the agency to acquire, construct,\nmaintain, operate, reconstruct and improve any project, or part or parts\nthereof, for which bonds or notes shall have been issued, to establish\nand collect rates, rentals, fees and other charges referred to in this\ntitle and to fulfill the terms of any agreement made with the holders of\nthe bonds or notes, or in any way impair the rights and remedies of such\nbondholders or noteholders, until the bonds or notes together with\ninterest thereon, interest on any unpaid installments of interest, and\nall costs and expenses in connection with any action or proceedings by\nor on b
