§ 2041-i. State, county and municipalities not liable on authority\nbonds. Neither the state, the participating counties nor any other\nmunicipality or public corporation shall be liable on the bonds of the\nauthority and such bonds shall not be a debt of the state, the\nparticipating counties or any other municipality or public corporation,\nand such bonds shall contain on the face thereof a statement to such\neffect.\n
