To rent, buy, sell and deal in, goods, wares and merchandise in any\nway connected with the recreational facilities furnished, or to lease\nthe right to exercise such powers;\n 10. To give instruction in sports, games and recreations and to lease\nthe right to exercise such power;\n 11. To operate restaurants, cafes and other places for serving food\nand refreshments and to lease the right to exercise such power;\n 12. To lease the right to construct and/or use such facilities in\nBethpage park on such terms and for such considerations as it shall\ndetermine, provided, however, that no lease shall be made for a period\nof more than ten years from the date when it is made;\n 13. To issue negotiable bonds and to provide for the rights of the\nholders thereof, and to secure the same by a mortgage or deed of trust\non its property;\n 14. To enter on any lands, waters and premises for the purpose of\nmaking surveys, soundings and examinations;\n 15.
