§ 1987. Separability. If any section, clause or provision of this\ntitle shall be held unconstitutional, or be ineffective in whole or in\npart, to the extent that it is not unconstitutional or ineffective, it\nshall be valid and effective and no other section, clause or provision\nshall, on account thereof, be deemed invalid or ineffective.\n
