* § 1904. Funding.
1.The authority may seek funding from any\nauthorized or other available source to administer this program.\n 2. Without limiting the foregoing, the authority shall submit a\npetition or other appropriate filing to the commission describing the\nactivities it has taken and plans to undertake in furtherance of the\npolicy embodied in this title. Such filing may include a request for\nfunding to allow such activities to proceed promptly and for a period of\nat least five years from the date of the order responding to such\npetition. The commission shall, in accordance with and as promptly as\nauthorized by existing law and regulation but in no event more than four\nmonths following the submission of the petition, issue an order\nresponding to such petition subject to a
