§ 1985. Limitation of liability. Neither the members of the authority,\nnor any person or persons acting in its behalf, while acting within the\nscope of their authority, shall be subject to any personal liability\nresulting from the acquisition, construction, improvement, enlargement,\noperation and maintenance of the project, or any part or parts thereof,\nor from carrying out any of the powers expressly given in this act.\n
