§ 1952-a. Video recordings of open meetings and public hearings. The\nauthority shall, to the extent practicable, stream all open meetings and\npublic hearings on its website in real-time. The authority shall post\nvideo recordings of all open meetings and public hearings on its website\nwithin five business days of the meeting or hearing and shall maintain\nsuch recordings for a period of not less than five years.\n
