§ 1699-r. Legislative report. The chairman shall annually before\nDecember first, report in writing to the legislature concerning the\nawarding of contracts, for specified commodities, equipment or services\nor for the construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation or improvement\nof college facilities at the Medgar Evers college to small businesses\nand minority businesses. The report shall include the total value of\nawards made in the preceding fiscal year under the designation of small\nbusiness set-asides.\n
