§ 1699-p. Submission of purchase order or work contract to successful\nbidder. After the successful bidder has been determined, the chairman\nshall place an advertisement as provided by law indicating that all bids\nsubmitted on a small business set-aside have been opened and reporting\nthe name and address of the successful bidder. The chairman shall send a\npurchase order or work contract to the successful bidder no sooner than\nfourteen days after the appearance of the advertisement announcing the\nsuccessful bidder.\n
