§ 1686-A — Security by authority
§ 1686-a. Security by authority. Upon an appeal taken by the authority\nin any action or other proceeding to which the authority is a party, the\nservice of notice of appeal shall perfect the appeal and shall stay the\nexecution of the judgment or order appealed from without any undertaking\nor other security being furnished by the authority.\n
