§ 1683 — State not liable on bonds
§ 1683. State not liable on bonds. The bonds and other obligations of\nthe authority shall not be a debt of the state of New York nor shall the\nstate be liable thereon, nor shall they be payable out of any funds\nother than those of the authority.\n
