§ 1600-G — Construction contracts
* § 1600-g. Construction contracts. The authority shall let contracts\nfor construction in the same manner, so far as practicable, as is\nprovided by law for contracts for the village, except that where the\nestimated expense of a contract does not exceed twenty-four hundred\ndollars such contract may be entered into without public letting.\nNothing in this section shall be construed to limit the power of the\nauthority to do any construction directly by the officers, agents and\nemployees of the authority.\n * NB Ceased to exist December 31, 1999\n
