§ 1682-A — Financial monitoring
§ 1682-a. Financial monitoring. The authority shall periodically\nmonitor the financial and managerial standing of each entity which has\nreceived financing from the proceeds of bonds of either the authority or\nthe medical care facilities finance agency, for the term of such bonds.\n
