* § 163-a. Jurisdiction in certain suits against the authority.\nExclusive jurisdiction is hereby conferred upon the court of claims to\nhear and determine the claims of any person against the authority (a)\nfor its tortious acts and those of its agents, and (b) for breach of a\ncontract relating to construction, reconstruction, improvement,\nmaintenance or operation, in the same manner and to the extent provided\nby and subject to the provisions of the court of claims act with respect\nto claims against the state, and to make awards and render judgments\ntherefor. All awards and judgments arising from such claims shall be\npaid out of monies of the authority.\n * NB (Authority abolished June 30, 1978)\n
