* § 1600-s. Title not affected if in part unconstitutional or\nineffective. If any section, clause or provision of this title shall be\nunconstitutional or be ineffective in whole or in part, to the extent\nthat it is not unconstitutional or ineffective, it shall be valid and\neffective and no other section, clause or provision shall on account\nthereof be deemed invalid or ineffective.\n * NB Ceased to exist December 31, 1999\n
