§ 1475-e. Contract for employees.

1.The authority is hereby\nauthorized to enter into a contract under which the contractor would\nprovide employees to the authority for the purpose of operation and\nmaintenance of the projects of the authority. The authority shall not\nbegin operation of any project until such a contract shall be in force.\nSuch contract shall provide that all employees engaged in the operation\nand maintenance of any authority project shall be employees of the\ncontractor and not employees of the authority, and such employees shall\nreceive their total compensation and employee benefits directly from the\ncontractor.
