§ 1368. State, city and town not liable on bonds. The bonds and other\nobligations of the authority shall not be a debt of the state of New\nYork, of the city or of the town, and neither the state, the city, nor\nthe town shall be liable thereon, nor shall they be payable out of any\nfunds other than those of the authority.\n
