§ 1302. Capital District transportation district. There is hereby\ncreated and established a transportation district to be known as the\nCapital District transportation district. This district shall embrace\nthe counties of Albany, Schenectady, Rensselaer, and Saratoga and such\nof the following counties as may elect to become members by action of\ntheir governing bodies as provided in subdivision ten of section\nthirteen hundred three: Greene, Columbia, Montgomery, Fulton, Warren and\nany other county included within the upper Hudson planning and\ndevelopment region as designated by the state. The transportation\ndistrict shall also include all lands and water and all lands under\nwater and all rivers, lakes, bays and harbors within any of the counties\nof said district.\n
