§ 1354-a. Meetings and records of authority to be public. The regular\nmeetings of the authority shall be public meetings open to the general\npublic, except for executive sessions thereof. Subject to appropriate\nprovisions of law and any reasonable regulations established by the\nauthority, the records of the authority shall be public records.\n
