§ 1352. Oswego port district. There is hereby created and established\na district to be known as the "Oswego port district" which shall embrace\nthe city of Oswego, the town of Scriba and all lands and water under and\nin the Oswego river and Lake Ontario lying or situated within the\nboundaries of the city of Oswego and/or the town of Scriba subject to\nthe right, title, interest and control of the state under the\nconstitution or any law of the state of New York and subject to the\nright, title, interest and control of the United States under any law of\nthe United States of America.\n
