§ 1348 — Effect of inconsistent provisions

§ 1348. Effect of inconsistent provisions. Insofar as the provisions\nof this title are inconsistent with the provisions of any other law,\ngeneral, special or local, the provisions of this title shall be\ncontrolling.\n
