§ 1327. Central New York regional transportation district.
1.There\nis hereby created and established a transportation district to be known\nas the central New York regional transportation district. This district\nshall embrace the county of Onondaga and such of the following counties\nas may elect to become members by action of their governing bodies:\nCayuga, Cortland, Jefferson, Madison, Oneida and Oswego. The\ntransportation district shall also include all lands and water and all\nlands under water and all rivers, lakes, bays and harbors within any of\nthe counties of said district.\n
