§ 1277-a. Transfer and receipt of surplus funds. Notwithstanding any\nprovision of this title or any other provision of law, general, special\nor local, the authority may from time to time transfer and pay over to\nNew York city transit authority or triborough bridge and tunnel\nauthority all or any part of its surplus funds; and may accept and use\nany moneys transferred and paid over to it by New York city transit\nauthority or triborough bridge and tunnel authority.\n
