§ 1270-G — Regulation of certain authority expenditures

§ 1270-g. Regulation of certain authority expenditures. The authority\nshall implement policies as appropriate to minimize unwarranted expenses\nand to protect against abuses in connection with (i) the granting of any\nprivileges or benefits having financial value, other than wage payments\nor expense reimbursements, to members or staff of the authority, or any\nsubsidiary or other authority created by the authority; and (ii) the\nfull-time and part-time assignment and use of automobiles owned or\nleased by the authority, or any subsidiary or other authority created by\nthe authority, and the use by authority employees and board members of\nlivery vehicles, as defined in section one hundred twenty-one-e of the\nvehicle and traffic law.\n
