§ 1232-U — Effect of inconsistent provisions

§ 1232-u. Effect of inconsistent provisions. In so far as the\nprovisions of this title are inconsistent with the provisions of any\nother provision of law, general or special, or of any charter, local\nlaw, ordinance or resolution of any municipality, the provisions of this\ntitle shall be controlling. Nothing contained in this section shall be\nheld to supplement or otherwise expand the powers or duties of the\nauthority otherwise set forth in this title. Except as specifically\nprovided for in this title, in the performance of any of its functions,\npowers and duties, the authority shall be subject to all applicable\ngeneral or special laws of the state, the county charter, and any local\nlaw, ordinance or resolution of the county.
