§ 1232-i. State and county not liable on authority bonds. Neither the\nstate nor the county shall be liable on the bonds of the authority and\nsuch bonds shall not be a debt of the state or the county, and such\nbonds shall contain, on the face thereof, a statement to such effect.\n
