§ 1232-t. Separability. If any section, clause or provision of this\ntitle shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be\nunconstitutional or ineffective in whole or in part, to the extent that\nit is not unconstitutional or ineffective, such section, clause or\nprovision shall be valid and effective, and no other section, clause or\nprovision shall on account thereof be deemed invalid or ineffective.\n
