§ 1230-X — Audit and annual report

§ 1230-x. Audit and annual report. In conformity with the provisions\nof section five of article ten of the constitution, the accounts of the\nwater board and of the authority shall be subject to the supervision of\nthe comptroller and an annual audit shall be performed by an independent\ncertified accountant. The water board and the authority shall annually\nsubmit to the governor and comptroller and to the state legislature a\ndetailed report pursuant to the provisions of section twenty-eight\nhundred of this chapter, and a copy of such report shall be filed with\nthe clerk of the county and city.\n
