§ 1230-aa. Effect of inconsistent provisions. Insofar as the\nprovisions of this title are inconsistent with the provisions of any\nother act, general or special, or of any charter, local law, ordinance\nor resolution of any municipality, the provisions of this title shall be\ncontrolling. Nothing contained in this section shall be held to\nsupplement or otherwise expand the powers or duties of the authority or\nwater board otherwise set forth in this title. Except as specifically\nprovided for in this title, in the performance of any of its functions,\npowers and duties, the authority and the water board shall be subject to\nall applicable general or special laws of the state, the county charter,\ncity charter and any local law or ordinance.\n
