§ 1207-e. State and city not liable on bonds or notes. The bonds and\nnotes of the authority shall not be a debt of the state of New York or\nthe city, and neither the state nor the city shall be liable thereon,\nnor shall they be payable out of any funds other than those of the\nauthority.\n
