§ 1199-SSSS*2 — Audit and annual report

* § 1199-ssss. Audit and annual report. In conformity with the\nprovisions of section five of article ten of the constitution, the\naccounts of the authority shall be subject to the supervision of the\nstate comptroller and an annual audit shall be performed by an\nindependent certified accountant. The authority shall annually submit to\nthe board of supervisors, county treasurer, governor and the state\ncomptroller and to the chairperson of the senate finance committee and\nthe chairperson of the assembly ways and means committee a detailed\nreport pursuant to the provisions of section two thousand eight hundred\nof this chapter, and a copy of such report shall be filed with the clerk\nof the board of supervisors and the county treasurer.\n * NB There are 2 § 1199-ssss's\n
