§ 1149-T — Limited liability

§ 1149-t. Limited liability. Neither the members of the authority, nor\nany municipality, officer or employee acting in its behalf, while acting\nwithin the scope of their authority, shall be subject to any personal\nliability resulting from the construction, maintenance or operation of\nany of the properties of the authority or from carrying out any of the\npowers expressly given in this title; provided, however, that this\nsection shall not be held to apply to any independent contractor.\n
