§ 1149-e. Advances on behalf of the authority; transfer of property to\nthe authority; acquisition of property by county for authority.

1.In\naddition to any powers granted to it by law, the county from time to\ntime may appropriate sums of money, after approval by the board of\nsupervisors, to or on behalf of the authority to defray project costs or\nany other costs and expenses of the authority. Subject to the rights of\nbondholders, the county at the time of the appropriation shall determine\nif the moneys so appropriated shall be subject to repayment by the\nauthority to the county and, in such event, the manner and time or times\nfor such repayment.\n 2.
