  § 1147-b. Sewer districts created. There are hereby created four\nseparate sewer districts:  one encompassing the village of Almond, to be\nknown as the Almond village sewer district; one encompassing all of that\nportion of the town of Alfred outside the village of Alfred, to be known\nas sewer district number one of the town of Alfred; one encompassing all\nthat portion of the town of Almond outside the village of Almond, to be\nknown as sewer district number one of the town of Almond; and one\nencompassing that portion of the town of Hornellsville within the bounds\nof the authority created by this title to be known as sewer district\nnumber one of the town of Hornellsville. § 1147-b. Sewer districts created. The lands within such\nHornellsville sewer district number one begin at the common boundary of\nAllegany and Steuben counties and are within (a) a corridor one thousand\nfeet from and parallel to the westerly side of state route twenty-one\nand one thousand feet from and parallel to the easterly side of state\nroute twenty-one as extended northerly to where the Morris bridge\ncrosses the Canacada creek, and (b) a corridor beginning where the\nwesterly line of the corridor described in clause (a) above intersects a\npoint one thousand feet west of the westerly side of Webbs Crossing Road\nand a point where such westerly line of such corridor intersects a point\none thousand feet from the easterly side of Webbs Crossing Road thence\nextending north one thousand feet west of Webbs Crossing Road and one\nthousand feet east of Webbs Crossing Road to a point one thousand feet\npast the northerly line of the intersection of Doorley Road and Webbs\nCrossing Road.\n Each town board of each of such towns shall, on behalf of their\nrespective districts and the board of trustees of such village, have the\npower to contract with the authority to carry out the purposes and\nintent of this title including the power to levy and collect fees,\ncharges and assessments upon real property within each such district to\npay for any charges, expenses, costs or amounts agreed upon with such\nauthority.\n
