§ 1115-Z — Limited liability

§ 1115-z. Limited liability. Neither the members of the authority or\nthe water board, nor any officer or employee of the authority or the\nwater board acting in behalf thereof, while acting within the scope of\nhis authority, shall be subject to any liability resulting from (i) the\nconstruction, ownership, maintenance or operation of any project\nfinanced with the assistance of the authority, (ii) the construction,\nownership, maintenance or operation of any sewerage system or facility\nor water system or facility owned by the water board, or (iii) carrying\nout any of the powers expressly given in this title. Any member of the\nauthority, either appointed by the governor or an employee of the state\nshall be deemed an "employee" for purposes of section eighteen of the\npublic officers
