§ 1115-BB — Effect of inconsistent provisions

§ 1115-bb. Effect of inconsistent provisions. Insofar as the\nprovisions of this title are inconsistent with the provisions of any\nother act, general or special, or of the city charter, or any local law,\nordinance or resolution of the city, the provisions of this title shall\nbe controlling, provided that, nothing contained in this section shall\nbe held to supplement or otherwise expand the powers or duties of the\nauthority otherwise set forth in this title. Nothing contained in this\ntitle shall be held to alter or abridge the powers and duties of the\nstate department of environmental conservation or the state department\nof health.\n
