§ 1115-Y — Audit and annual report

  § 1115-y. Audit and annual report. The accounts of the authority and\nthe water board shall be subject to the supervision of the city\ncomptroller. The authority shall annually submit to the governor and\ncomptroller and to the state legislature a detailed report pursuant to\nthe provisions of section two thousand five hundred of title one of\narticle nine of this chapter, and a copy of such report shall be filed\nwith the mayor. The authority shall comply with the provisions of\nsections two thousand five hundred one, two thousand five hundred two,\nand two thousand five hundred three of title one of article nine of this\nchapter.\n
