§ 1115-w. Interest in contracts prohibited. It shall be a misdemeanor\nfor any member of the governing body or any officer, agent, servant or\nemployee of the authority or the water board to be in any way or manner\ninterested, directly or indirectly, in the furnishing of work,\nmaterials, supplies or labor, or in any contract therefor which the\nauthority or the water board, as the case may be, is empowered by this\ntitle to make.\n
