§ 1045-BB — Effect of inconsistent provisions

§ 1045-bb. Effect of inconsistent provisions. Insofar as the\nprovisions of this title are inconsistent with the provisions of any\nother law, general, special or local or of the city charter or any local\nlaw, ordinance or resolution of the city, the provisions of this title\nshall be controlling, provided that nothing contained in this section\nshall be held to supplement or otherwise expand the powers or duties of\nthe authority otherwise set forth in this title. Nothing contained in\nthis title shall be held to alter or abridge the powers and duties of\nthe state department of environmental conservation or the state\ndepartment of health.\n
