§ 7.05 Commission members; chairmen.

1.Subject to the provisions of\nsubdivision two, each of the regional park, recreation and historic\npreservation commissions shall consist of a board of seven members,\nappointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the senate, for\nterms of seven years. Members shall be citizens and residents of the\nstate, and at least five members of each commission shall reside in the\npark region which the commission serves. The chairman of each commission\nshall be designated by the governor from among the members, and shall\nhold such office at the pleasure of the governor. Members of such\ncommissions shall not receive any compensation, but shall be entitled to\ntheir actual and necessary expenses in performing the duties of their\noffice.\n 2. No
