§ 909. Consent to filing; notices.\n (a) If the purposes of any constituent or consolidated corporation\nwould require the approval or consent of any governmental body or\nofficer or any other person or body under section 404 (Approvals,\nnotices and consents) of this chapter no certificate of merger or\nconsolidation shall be filed pursuant to this article unless such\napproval or consent is endorsed thereon or annexed thereto. A\ncorporation whose statement of purposes specifically includes the\nestablishment or operation of a child day care center, as that term is\ndefined in section three hundred ninety of the social services law,\nshall mail a certified copy of any certificate of merger or\nconsolidation involving such corporation to the office of children and\nfamily services within
