§ 1107 — Hearing and decision
§ 1107. Hearing and decision.\n At the time and place specified in the order to show cause, or at any\nother time and place to which the hearing is adjourned, the court or the\nreferee shall hear the allegations and proofs of the parties and\ndetermine the facts. The decision of the court or the report of the\nreferee shall be made and filed with the clerk of the court with all\nconvenient speed.\n
