§ 1013. Dissolution of certain firemen's benevolent associations.\n (a) An incorporated firemen's benevolent association created by act of\nthe legislature may dissolve in accordance with the provisions of this\narticle.\n (b) Any such corporation authorized to have paid to it foreign fire\ninsurance premium taxes imposed under sections 9104 and 9105 of the\ninsurance law shall, in addition to any other requirements of this\narticle, file with the superintendent of financial services a copy of\nthe certificate of dissolution. Moneys then due and owing to the\ncorporation under said sections, and moneys thereafter otherwise payable\nto the corporation pursuant to such authorization, shall be distributed\nas provided in said sections.\n
