§ 63. Certificate of inspection. The inspector, if satisfied that a\npublic vessel is in all respects safe and conforms to the requirement of\nthis chapter, shall make and subscribe duplicate certificates setting\nforth the name and number of the vessel, its age, the date of\ninspection, the name of the owner, the number of licensed officers and\ncrew necessary to manage the vessel with safety, equipment required and\nany special restrictions or remarks pertaining to the operation of the\nvessel and the number of passengers she can safely carry, and, if a\nsteam vessel, the age of the boiler and the pressure of steam she is\nauthorized to carry. One of said certificates shall be kept posted in\nsome conspicuous place on the vessel to be designated by the inspector\nand the other copy sha
